The process

1

Identify families of products as only some SKUs will need testing

2

Carry out a feasibility assessment to ensure products will pass the required tests

3

Complete a questionnaire on your factory procedures to pre-qualify the subsequent inspection

4

Complete a documentation checklist so you know what information needs to be supplied

5

A quotation for the testing is issued

6

Programming is carried out to integrate your product into the system

7

Your products are integrated into the master rack for testing

8

We work with the test laboratory during all the tests

9

We arrange the factory inspection

10

We request all product documentation and format necessary documents for countersigning

11

We update the installation manual to include your product as part of the whole system

12

Your own certificate is issued and the master certificate is updated

Add new products when you like

When you release new products, we can add them to your certificate following the same simple process.
If the product is a variant of an existing tested products then minimal testing and documentation may be required. New products may also be easier to certify if the API is similar or if they are made in the same factory.
